How important is the use of technology in building customer loyalty?

A clear example is being able to advertise a product or service at a time that is relevant to your target audience.

In short, brands are establishing a new type of connection with customers, building customer loyalty through various channels adapted to consumer trends. Companies are seeking long-term relationships with their consumers by listening and speaking to them, all thanks to technology that enables the implementation of different communication strategies.
